Canada-India Audiovisual Coproduction Agreement
(February 2014)

The Audiovisual Coproduction Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of the Republic of India was signed on February 24, 2014, in New Delhi, India, during the State Visit of His Excellency the Right Honourable David Johnston, Governor General of Canada. Before the Canada-India Audiovisual Coproduction Agreement enters into force, both countries will have to complete their ratification procedures. Once ratified, the Agreement will be posted on Telefilm Canada's Web site.

Amendment to the Canada-Romania Treaty
(June 2013)
An Amendment to the Agreement between the Government of Canada and the Government of Romania on Cinematographic Relations had been signed in Romania on February 22, 2012. The Amendment entry into force is June 10, 2013 and now posted on Telefilm Canada's Web site.
