Voyelles enchantées (Les)

Young people often abuse alcohol and tobacco because they are unable to communicate and make their feelings known. Inspired by an original idea by singer-songwriter Albert Belzile, Les Voyelles enchantées aims to help young people find their voices. The vowels in certain words – “a” in alcohol and “e” in excess, for example – are used to encourage reflection on substance abuse. They also serve as a starting point for the writing of songs to dance or draw by.
