UNGRATEFUL DEAD (THE)

The Ungrateful Dead examines the re-birth of international justice - a vision of justice that died 50 years ago after the Nuremberg and Tokyo trials following the Second World War. Canada has been a prime mover behind the new momentum for justice, from the ad hoc tribunals for the former Yugoslavia and Rwanda, to the new International Criminal Court and its first investigation in northern Uganda. The documentary also looks at the United States's unwillingness to sign up for international justice.
