TUNGUSKA PROJECT (THE)

The Tunguska Project follows First Nations (Cree) playwright Floyd Favel on a journey to the site of an explosion which occurred in the skies over Siberia nearly a century ago. The explosion was felt around the world, but its cause remains a mystery. Favel travels to Siberia to research his next play; he listens to the theories of the nomadic Evenki reindeer herders, searches for the message the explosion may have had for all Indigenous peoples... and finds some answers for himself.
