T'AS FAIM

Aimed at the whole family, this documentary series featuring teenaged girls aged 14 to 16 explores the girls' relationship with food. Eating: its pleasures, what's forbidden, rules, food preferences, health, identity, fears, harmony, acceptance, depression, freedom, taking charge of one's life, enthusiasm, excellence, being hungry, feeling satisfied, etc. Knowing how to eat well in order to have a healthy mind and body, and, more importantly, in order to feel good about oneself and comfortable with others - these issues involve a variety of tangible, daily behaviours as well as a different ways of thinking.
