Tšepong: A Clinic Called Hope is a story from the front lines in the battle against AIDS in Africa. At a Canadian-initiated clinic in Lesotho, HIV/AIDS-inflected people are receiving life-saving antiretroviral (ARV) drugs but there aren’t enough for the one in three adults afflicted. Failure, though, is not an option. If the pilot project collapses, an ARV-resistant strain of HIV may develop, spreading across the continent and, eventually, the world. This battle must be won.
