SPIRIT OF STOLEN SISTERS

Is a Native woman's life worth less in Canada than a non-native one? Female Aboriginal prostitutes in Canadian cities are preyed upon by men who abuse, rape and kill them. Virtually no media attention is paid to this situation despite the numbers. If it were happening to white women, public outcry would be immense and swift justice sought. Spirit of Stolen Sisters asks why nothing is being done for Aboriginal women.
