Canadian choreographer Joe Laughlin travels to South Africa to collaborate with a young, black dance company on a new work which would combine the best of African and Western traditions. The challenge is to bridge place, race and culture, and create something that speaks to all of us about sexism, racism and self. Sonke Sisonke “Every Body” is that collaboration – a celebration of our shared experience as human beings.
