SINGING HOME THE BONES: A POET BECOMES HIMSELF

Singing Home the Bones documents the transfiguration of a personality through the fusion of two spiritual paths. Canadian poet Gregory Scofield’s written works, live readings, humorous interviews and his first meeting with his father’s British widow tell the story of how the conflicts in this artist’s life are resolved. The film captures a dynamic man’s grasping for a sense of wholeness from the discovery of the identity of his estranged father.
