From the earliest days in Chicago, when Alan Arkin and Ed Asner cut their teeth, to the heady days of Toronto and SCTV, when John Candy, Dan Aykroyd, Eugene Levy, Andrea Martin, Dave Thomas, Martin Short and others held sway, and onwards to Mike Myers and Ryan Styles, Second City has been a hotbed of comedy talent.
