On Sept. 29, 2000, filmmaker Shelley Saywell was shooting footage of a young Palestinian girl in the West Bank when violence erupted, marking the beginning of the second Palestinian intifada. Now, three years later, Shelley follows Najlah and her family living on Martyr Street, in Hebron, to see how they have been affected by events. On a larger scale, she examines the failure of the peace process in the Middle East, which has led to an increasingly hostile Muslim world.
