LIFE AND TIMES OF JANET CONNERS

This is the story of an ordinary person, who, when faced with horrific tragedy, was extraordinary. Janet Conner's tragedy was shared by many. In the 1980s, thousands of Canadians were unnecessarily infected with HIV and Hepatitis C by a tainted blood supply. A large number are now dead. Many, like Janet's husband Randy, were hemophiliacs. Many spouses, like Janet, were also infected. But few emerged onto the national stage as powerfully as Janet Conners. How she got there is heartbreakingly compelling.
