Landscape as Muse is a cinematic study and celebration of artistic inspiration. It is set in unique and often remote Canadian environments. Each episode features one artist who is situated and filmed outdoors as they participate in a mini art-nature residency. These artists use landscape as a source of inspiration and as a catalyst in the creation of art. They work in a variety of visual media: photography, traditional Indian art, sculpture, painting and installation.
