FREE TRADE IS KILLING MY MOTHER

Free Trade Is Killing My Mother is an idiosyncratic and revealing documentary told from inside the anti-globalization revolution. Shot from the hip on Mini DV, intercut with stock footage, it traces the filmmakers’ Roger & Me-style journey to the Québec City Summit, in spring 2001, their encounters with protesters high and low, and their attempts to comprehend and join the revolution.
