Free and Unbroken: The Story of the Calgary Stampede Horse Drive follows the drive of 200 rodeo broncs from the Calgary Stampede ranch to the rodeo grounds located in the heart of downtown Calgary. The year was 2005 and the professional wranglers covered 300 kilometres in six days, accompanied by 20 neophyte cowboys, each of whom paid $15,000 to experience the historic ride, dramatic journey and breathtaking vistas.
