Hosted by soprano Carolyn Sinclair and pianist Michael Jarvis, each episode in this series features the greatest hits of the 19th century as performed in a Victorian parlour by Canada's leading musicians and singers, including Russell Braun and Mayumi Seiler. Episode themes include Robbie Burns, Stephen Foster, Calixa Lavallée, Victoria and Albert, early Canadian music.
