CHOICE

Dr. Henry Morgentaler has been one of Canada’s most controversial public figures for the past 30 years. Choice tells the story of how Morgentaler, a man of complex motives and a stormy personal life, took on one of the most contentious issues of the 20th century – abortion – and changed Canada’s abortion law. The documentary is also about the journey of a restless soul, the story of a man who left behind a traumatic past in a Nazi concentration camp to find a place of peace in his adopted country.
